COMPENSATION:

YOU MUST:

  • Have Previous Experience Managing a Sales Team
  • Be Proficient in Sales and Familiar with the Nuances of In-Home Sales
  • Be Hungry and Driven to Win
  • Love the Idea of Mentoring and Coaching a Sales Team to Success
  • Be a Self-Motivated Individual Who Refuses to Accept Losing

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE

  • Setting targets, performance plans, and rigorous objective standards for your sales team
  • Plan and implement sales training and development programs
  • Coaching sales reps to help them improve their sales performance
  • Participating in spontaneous sales ride-a-longs and planned field days
  • Counsel, support, discipline, and fire underperforming sales reps if necessary
  • Managing sales reps adhere to the company sales process firmly
  • Managing sales reps to use sales technologies correctly
  • Motivating and engaging your sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition
  • Setting a good example for your team. Working according to company culture and values, prioritizing ruthlessly, using good communication, and delivering results effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
