A highly intelligent, resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills and organizational ability is sought by a busy individual looking for research-based and operational support across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will be able to quickly synthesize information and present it with confidence to the principal; in the long-term, this candidate will be managing multiple simultaneous projects toward big-picture goals.

Responsibilities will include directing communication and information flow to/from principal, coordinating a complex schedule, conducting thorough research on a diverse array of topics and synthesizing findings into recommendations, efficient management of a small team to support principal’s needs, and comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy calendar.

An active approach to problem solving, strong project management, communication, and research skills, and technology savviness/computer literacy are all a must; previous experience assisting a high-level executive and managerial experience is a plus but not required; graduate of a top university preferred.

This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a starting salary range of $175,000 to $300,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience. There is also a significant growth trajectory for top performers.
