Hours Per Day: 8; (12:30pm-9:00pm; Monday-Friday) (6hours B21 and 2 hours A12)

Salary: (B21) & (A12) per Custodian Work Agreementwith range of (B21) $18.12 - $19.80 and (A12) $17.61 - $19.30

Supervisor of Position: Chris Wirz, Maintenance Program Supervisor

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Requires the ability to stand/walk for extended period of time; push/pull while lifting up to 50 pounds; ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and building staff.

Summary of Duties: Knowledge and experience in laundry care and modern cleaning procedures and practices including floor care, restroom cleanliness and other general areas; ability to do light repair and maintenance tasks (repair of desks, chairs, and other furniture, replacement of bulbs, etc.). Must be available for some weekend hours as assigned.
