The Kroger Co. is sourcing future department leads that can demonstrate proven knowledge, experience and the ability to inspire others to be their best. The ideal candidate will have an unique opportunity to lead a team to improve the productivity & efficiency.

• Coach & Inspire Team Members to High Performance
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to empower associates to be successful in their role. Ensure each associate follows the department's best practices & standards.
• New associates work closely with you for a 2-week minimum, while you train & demonstrate best practices, until you can confirm that they consistently & properly use all best practices.
• You should focus most of your time & attention with new or underperforming associates
• Ensure associates not only understand how to do the best practice but also can perform them.
• Ensure 6 behaviors to in-stock processes are being followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.25 per hour
