PER-DIEM FIELD REGISTERED NURSES NEEDED
**OASIS TRANSCRIBER PROVIDED, SO MINIMAL DOCUMENTATION**
The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team for our Riverside office coverong Palm Springs and surrounding areas. This skilled nurse will be able to make visits within the 15 to 30 miles from their home to patient’s place of residence, in order to provide skilled care services as ordered by referring physician.
Must Be Able to Cover Any of the Following Areas: (required)
- Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Thousand Palms, Cabazon, Desert Hot Springs, White Water, North Palm Springs, Thermal, Coachella, Mecca, Joshua Tree, Morongo Valley, Mountain Center
Per-Diem status only (Skilled Nurses are able to choose areas of their choice).
Minimum Requirements include:
- Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Nursing
- Experience in EMR software (preferred)
- Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse License in CA
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Physical/TB from the last 6 months or sooner
Pay: $50.00 - $135.00 per hour
