Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience (applying position) within the last 3 years
• Must have a current and active State License
• Must have BLS through AHA
• Must have a vaccination for (MMR) Measles, Mumps/ Titer, and Varicella / Rubella Vaccine.
• Updated Resume
• TB Test(1 year validity) / Chest X-ray(4 years validity)
• Driver’s License
