The Holistic Student Support Coordinator is a functional expert of EAB Navigate which is part of the VIP-PASS suite of technologies. The Holistic Student Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing primary transitional and operational support in onboarding, academic planning, scheduling, completion, advising, early alert and data analysis using these tools. The position has a good understanding of the student success business model and its integration with technology. The Holistic Student Support Coordinator tracks the student success initiatives in Academic and Workforce Programs, advising leadership on overlap, opportunities for alignment, and synergy. Responsibilities include tracking the performance of college teams, ensuring their engagement in the best practice alignment conversations, EAB Navigate implementation process, and communicating with college stakeholders to identify loss and momentum points in workflow and student process alignment with the VIP-PASS tools. Responsibilities also include utilizing data analytic tools to assess the impact of VIP-PASS tools on college operations and student outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
- Evaluate, and recommend the student related processes in EAB Navigate
- Coordinate communication between and among system office staff, college staff, system office information technology services staff, vendor, and external college stakeholders.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly discussions among different stakeholders when necessary and guide colleges to a common framework for student success
- Report status of the activities to the Director, Integrated Strategies and Technologies and assist in evaluating progress and success of activities.
- Develop training materials for faculty and staff and facilitate workshops for colleges on best practices in utilizing EAB Navigate, with special attention on the integration of workflow and business processes
- Monitor and evaluate quality of and satisfaction with EAB Navigate and recommend system modifications/enhancements accordingly
- Monitor and evaluate quality of and satisfaction with faculty development programs related to academic advisement and adjust accordingly
- Support business process and technology analysis
- Work with the Business Analyst team to ensure the documentation of business process
- Support in documenting the technology and integrations map
- Strong communication, planning and time-management skills.

- Ability to detect and correct grammatical and spelling errors in written correspondence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Ability to maintain files accurately, in paper and in software programs.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) as well as PeopleSoft.
Moderate travel required to effectively support college operations and sustained improvement.
Master’s Degree with experience working within a community college higher education system coordinating large scale programs, working with cross-functional teams, or any combination of relevant education and experience that provide the required level of knowledge, skills, and ability to successfully perform the functions of the job requirements.
Experience with the implementation and operational support of a student support system at a college system level. Experience working within Higher Education, specifically an aligned state system of education with multiple college campuses. Demonstrated experience in providing effective oral and written communication among various constituencies and building consensus as needed, experience with web-based tools, analyzing problems and implementing innovative solutions to those problems, and producing results as part of a successful project team.Must have the ability to facilitate communication among stakeholders, both internal and external and strongly support a collaborative student success agenda.
