JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team. This person must like problem-solving and negotiation. Driven, self-motivated, independent, confident, firm and proactive. This person will need to take initiative to get things done. Competitiveness and a driven spirit are a great fit for the team.

The ideal candidate is a talented sales professional who is persuasive, confident, and motivated to sell and earn with a history of exceeding sales goals and looking to take their career to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with homeowners, walk through their property, take pictures, and negotiate a purchase price.
  • Follow up with past appointments and leads. (Deals are typically closed on the appointment, but some require extensive relationship building and follow up).
  • Update CRM in a timely manner with information from appointments and follow-up communications.
  • Upload pictures of properties from appointments and walkthroughs.
  • Prospect for leads. We provide extensive prospecting training and a number of options and tools to use for prospecting purposes. While we provide a number of leads through our marketing efforts, the success of our Acquisitions Specialists is dependent on both their ability to generate their own leads and their ability to close on the leads given to them from marketing.
  • Be on time and engaged for all meetings.
  • Attend sales training weekly and be actively involved in team discussions around those training sessions.
  • Keep track of market trends. Communicate insights and information back to the rest of the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two years of outside sales experience with proven track record of success
  • Passionate about selling
  • Self driven, tenacious, and can work independently
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and maturity
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills
  • Has strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with different levels of priority.
  • Is results oriented
  • Financially driven with a motive to earn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
