Description

The Processor II position has a high level of communication (both written and oral) and a qualified candidate must excel in this area. Candidate must be able to identify issues and propose a solution before escalating. Incumbent performs standard and routine assignments independently to conclusion.

Qualifications

Ability to review submitted documentation to ensure compliance with bank requirements. - The ability to multi-task - Access external websites for investigation as needed. - Follow up on documentation issues with customers. - Complete review within department standards. - Able to process all home equity products efficiently. - Enter clear and concise comments, edit information, and document application - Communicate professionally in oral and written format with internal and external customers regarding status requests, missing information, and/or explanation of required documentation. - Basic knowledge of lending programs and guidelines and the ability to apply - Knowledge of bank, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance (Fair Lending, Reg B., etc). - Meet or exceed department productivity and quality standards within department turn-time standards. - The ability to work in a high paced work, time sensitive environment - Prior processing experience (mortgage or Home Equity) Hours per Week: 40 (plus OT when needed) Work Schedule: 8:15am-5:00pm
