Lititz Pike Home & Garden is hiring part time, seasonal team members. The position starts in mid-March and requires availability Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for 5 hours shifts between 8am-7pm.

Responsibilities:
Our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by greeting with a smile and thanking them.
Essential job functions include (but not limited to):
- Provide exceptional service to customers

Washes and maintains patio area, windows, and various other parts of the store.

Works cart and/or wagon returns as needed.

Cleans and replenishes store areas to department guidelines, including lunch and restrooms

Empties trash containers throughout the store.

Sweeps and vacuums retail floor areas.

Performs maintenance related activities throughout the store.

Plants, weeds, edges and mulches all of the flowerbeds on the store property.
- Other duties may be assigned based on company/ department need.

Qualifications:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a frequent basis.
