Advantage Home Health Services is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our vastly growing Home Health team in the State College, PA and SurroundingAreas! This position is part management/part field work.

Responsibilities:

• Assumes responsibility for oversight and direction of skilled nursing and other therapeutic services
• Coordinates department function amongst team to meet capacity goals, agency objectives and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assists with assuring that clinician productivity standards are met and reports trends and challenges to executive leadership
• Is available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Healthcare experience preferably in Home Health
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Licensed clinician in the State of PA.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Healthcare regulations
• Knowledge of Agency’s policies and procedures
• Ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel
• Ability to exercise independent judgement
