Pay: $75,000.00 per year salary
$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS (reimbursement starts after 3 months of employment. Reimbursed $1,000 monthly for 10 months thereafter).
DIVINITY HOSPICE
Our Registered Nurses are an integral component of our dedicated and compassionate team of nursing and hospice professionals.
Divinity Hospice is presently seeking a full time (office and field) Registered Nurse to join our growing Hospice care team. Must be willing to see patients in Bakersfield, Surrounding areas.
Full Training Provided
RN field staff is autonomous in their coordination of care collaborating with their interdisciplinary team.
Field RN Case Managers provide home based clinical care, hospice services and end of life philosophy to patients and families. Providing patients and families with dignity, compassion, and comfort at a pivotal time in their lives.

Qualifications:
- Experienced RN/BSN license current and up to date
- Hospice Experience (preferred)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop a detailed Plan of Care for assigned patients ensuring all services needed are identified and met while working closely with the Interdisciplinary Group, patient, family and attending physician.
- RN is responsible for the coordination of care for the patient and family, providing skilled and palliative care for the remainder of patient’s life.
- Registered Nurse Case Manager provides comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement reports.
- On call nursing afterhours.
- At least one year of recent hospice experience along with a strong foundation of acute care experience.
- Registered Nurse with valid state license.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient locations.
- Ideal candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for Hospice
