Adoray Home Health and Hospice is recruiting for a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse and offering a $2000 sign-on bonus. $1000 paid out after 90-days and $1000 paid out after completion of 6-months. The Hospice Registered Nurse case manager is responsible for their assigned case load. She/he is responsible for providing skilled nursing care and teaching to patients and their families in their place of residence. The RN case manager is responsible for ensuring the physician's orders are carried out on a timely basis. The RN case manager ensures timely coordination of care, completes all necessary documentation, and participates in other activities as assigned. This position requires on-call needs every 5th or 6th weekend and approximately two evenings per month.

Registered Nurse Requirements:

• BSN or minimum of two years of home care or hospice experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Able to take on call responsibilities on rotating basis.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin license required.
• Current driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Hospice
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.95 - $49.99 per hour
