Haven is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to direct, supervise, and evaluate the activities of the clinical area. The optimal candidate will be a team player, well organized, enjoy mentoring, and strive for growth and excellence. Hospice experience is required.

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Evaluation, oversight, and management of patients and potential patient care
- QA of all clinical documentation with a thorough understanding of hospice documentation requirements
- Understanding QAPI/Emergency Management/Metric analysis
- Understanding and experience of the Accreditation and survey process to include Medicare COPs, all state and federal guidelines.
- Participation in DON/Metric/Revenue/Educational meetings.
- Team leader of case conferences and staff meetings.
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Must be licensed as a RN in the state of the HHA
- Provide a copy of RN license/renewal
- At least two (2) yeas of Hospice experience with at least one (1) year supervisory experience
