This Hospital Billing and Revenue Cycle Manager will report to the Director of Revenue Cycle and will help oversee a team of staff that will assist in the billing and revenue cycle initiatives for the hospital. Responsibilities for this position include providing direction to staff, establishing standard and processes to ensure continuous improvements in revenue cycle, develop and implement training processes to improve cash collection, denial reduction, and customer services excellence, and overseeing all aspects of medical record storage and retrieval.

It is important that this candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and previous revenue cycle experience in an acute care setting. Management experience within billing/revenue cycle is also required for this role. Epic experience and certification is preferred but not required.
