Description: University of Rochester Medical Center seeks a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Call Center Representative. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 3:30pm-12am with the ability to work holidays. The representative processes a high volume of telephone calls and pages.

Requirements: Call center experience, excellent computer/spelling/customer service skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision; healthcare experience and medical terminology knowledge preferred. NY State vaccination mandate applies.
