Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting/Controller Director will lead a team of dedicated accounting professionals to ensure the operational success of the Organization. The Accounting/Controller Director will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of financial records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, internal/external financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies are met accordingly. The Director of Accounting/Controller must be able to collaborate with all levels of the facility to ensure financial goals are achieved. The Hospital Financial Controller will organize and unite all departments that report to this person. You will get to utilize your financial expertise to ensure that the organization remains financially sound!
