The Predictable To-Dos

• Possesses thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu in order to answer all questions from guests
• Strategically seating of dining room and lounge area
• Oversees all aspects of guest reservations
• Inputs to go orders into the POS system accurately
• Answers online and telephone inquiries
• Performs opening and closing side work
• Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have

• Energetic, outgoing and a passion for providing hospitality.
• 1 year experience with the table management and reservation systems
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
• Excellent emotional self awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
• Maintains an understanding of the proper table numbers, seat positions, and flow of service required of all FOH positions
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards
• Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position

• Fine dining experience is great, however integrity and professionalism are most important
