Job description
Hosting at Ocean Boulevard requires a friendly attitude, organization, and the ability to think on your feet. While we have a very organized system, powered by OpenTable, we often make judgement calls that help us better take care of our guests. Hosts also participate in the service of the guests, which yields a percentage based tipout. This position has advancement potential as well. Usual work hours are 3pm 'til 10:30 or 11pm in the Summer and a slightly earlier exit in the Fall. Start time can be negotiated in order to accommodate another job.
No experience is necessary, but is certainly a plus. We will train a dependable and enthusiastic individual in how our dining room system has worked for the past two decades, with consistent updating.
