Hot Tub Technician-Full Time Year Round
Job description
Park City Lodging has distinguished itself as a leader in quality vacation rental and home management services. Established in 1984, we currently manage 300 properties and eleven homeowner associations in Old Town Park City and at the base of Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons ski resorts. We are looking for a Hot Tub Technician to join our team of seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities:
Daily testing of pool and hot tub chemicals- Safety and cleanliness for our owners and guests are our top priority.
- Snow removal from drives, decks, sidewalks and stairs
- Llght duty maintenance tasks such as deliveries and trash removal.
Requirements:
Must be dependable and prompt- Attention to detail, taking initiative to do what is needed above and beyond assigned task
- Find and report maintenance issues to management and provide solutions if needed
- Take pride and ownership in work performed
- Be dependable and prompt
- Be in good physical condition, able to lift heavy items and perform physical labor
- Work in adverse weather conditions
- Project a positive attitude when encountering guests and owners
- Have an excellent driving record
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Agree to a background check
