Responsibilities

· Monitor staff performance – Housekeeping Manager -Maintenance and deep Cleaning & Trash Pick Up

· Establish daily work schedules for maintenance staff.

· Maintain record of types and frequency of service requests received.

· Make regular inspections of the property.

· Maintain updated preventive maintenance information (e.g., location of extra parts for appliances, equipment serial numbers, service telephone numbers);

· Coordinate front-office and back-office activities

· Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness

· Ensure full compliance to hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures, and service standards

· Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment

· Handle complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures

· Help in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services

· Develop improvement actions, carry out costs savings

· Verify all Vendor bills and send to Finance team for Processing

· Other operation work

Qualifications:

· Preferable bilingual

· HVAC Certificate and/or trade school certification is preferred

· At least 5 years management experience in the hospitality industry

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to lead a group

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Must be fully vaccinated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
