We are looking for a FULL TIME, very responsible, energetic team member to ensure our evening and overnight coverage for safety, security, and travel to and from different locations as needed all for the guest and their experience.

Our Security Officer & Shuttle Driver role is vital in ensuring the protection of our guests and premises. This position functions in detecting suspicious behavior such as human trafficking, preventing vandalism, thefts and/or any criminal acts.

A successful Security & Shuttle team member inspires respect and authority as well as possesses a high level of observation. The goal for this position is to help the hotel in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.

Responsibilities for our Security Officers include:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Assist authorities in removal of wrongdoers or trespassers from the hotel
• Secure all exits, doors and windows
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to guests and associates in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
• Ideal shifts include 5 days a week with weekend availability and working 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM

Skills for our Security Officer:

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
