CCS Maid Service was started with a dream and some hard work 6 years ago. Our owner has been a part of the Jacksonville community for over 30 years, and a part of the Eastern North Carolina area his entire life. We are focused on our customers and our cleaners, all of whom are a part of our CCS Family. While we appreciate experience, we aren't afraid to train as well. Training is paid, supplies are provided, and all tips get passed along to the cleaners that earned them.

CCS Maid Service isn't just a company, we're a part of the community. Every year, we pick a few charities we will support during the holidays and try to bless the people of Onslow County. Some of our past charity picks have included Social Services of Onslow County, charity motorcycle rides, the Women's Shelter, and C.H.E.W. (Children Healthy Eating on Weekends). We also partner with JOEMC to help several families struggling to pay their electric bills and anonymously cover their bill.

We are cleaners with heart. We are a part of our clients' lives, improving their quality of life and helping them reach their goals. Our cleaners also have goals, whether it is advancing within our organization, or growing as a person outside of it, we truly care about our people and want to see them succeed.

Many military spouses and just-retired veterans are in the area, and we encourage you to apply. We have positions for the weekend only, and week-day positions, as well as commercial buildings in the evenings. We do our best to work with the hours you are available as well, so if you have children and need to work within your daycare's hours, we can fit your schedule within that time frame.

Here's a little about the position:

• Cleaning houses/apartments
• Based on schedule as needed. If you want the hours, we can get you the work.
• Must have reliable transportation (YOU are responsible for driving to multiple locations, but we do compensate for gas to locations further away)
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be hard working
• Detail oriented
• Must be personable and able to create a bond with a clients, so please come with your best attitude and show us what you've got
• Experience is not necessary. We will train the right person
• Looking for people who can be flexible Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends if you're available.
• We like to present a clean, tidy appearance
• 1099 Contractor position
• Base-access a plus, or ability to get base access (we can help, so long as you meet requirements for background checks)

The pay range for this position is $12.00/HR - $14.00/HR. Any candidate will start at the lower pay range and have the possibility to move up. Please be aware that getting hired does not mean that you are going to automatically start at $14.00/HR or will automatically be raised up on a set schedule. We raise pay based upon performance, teamwork, individual work, initiative, integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and more.
