We hire folks who:

Daily tasks include:

• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Wet washing marks and messes
• Scrubbing tubs and showers
• Mopping
• Some lifting (we use 25lb Kirby vacuums)
• Communications with management
• We do not offer any biohazard cleaning services, organizing of personal belongings, trash removal or maid services.

Additional info:

• Well trained employees earn on average $20/hr before tips and taxes within 6 months of employment. However, because you are paid per job and we train you to work efficiently and effectively, many cleaners earn more per hour. Hourly rate ultimately depends on speed and accuracy.
• All supplies, laundry and equipment maintenance and expenses are covered by Green Clean
• We meet at our base in Salem at 9 am for supply pick up and clean within 5-10 miles. We book jobs within a 15 min drive, though you may be needed to cover shifts on Cape Ann from time to time.
• We finish no later than 5 pm, but are usually done and dropping off supplies by 3pm.
• KN95 masks and at-home Covid test kits will be available to you for free at any time
• As an employee of a Salem business, you will have access to free entry at several places around town, including the Peabody Essex Museum
• We will start off training at 2-3 days a week with the potential to work up to 25 hours per week as we find we are a good fit
• All employees are W2 employees are are paid biweekly through direct deposit
