Position available to work as a House Manager of one Group Home, part of Community Housing Program. We have an opening in Glennville, GA and another one in Statesboro, GA

The SST1 provide a broad range of paraprofessional social services to individuals served and their families. Conduct individuals served intake, participate in treatment team planning, and perform crisis intervention. Oversee and manage the day to day operation of a personal care home. As the House Manager you will interview, train and instruct direct care staff. May also provide direct care services to individuals served as well as acting as the case manager for the consumers in the home. Is expected to use good judgment and model appropriate behaviors when working with individuals served.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older, possess a Georgia Driver's License with no suspensions in the past 5 years (motor vehicle report will be pulled); pass a drug screen and criminal background check through a fingerprint check; have at least 2 (two) good job references; have one year of experience in social service delivery; have obtained a High School Diploma or GED and/or higher learning; have a current CNA certification or the ability to complete the PCA competency test.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
