Job description
This position will require travel to three locations in Coffeyville. Reaching, lifting 25+ lbs., frequent bending, standing for hours at a time, frequent walking.
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness for common areas, such as but not limited to; hallways, clubhouse spaces, laundry rooms, and dining rooms for each building and deep cleaning when necessary. Communicating with management concerning supplies and being friendly to our tenants. The Housekeeper will answer to the local manager of each location.
