ABOUT THE ROLE:
Working in accordance with state regulations, established policies and procedures and/or specific instruction from the Director of Facilities and Environmental Services Team Leader; the Housekeeper/Laundry Aide is responsible for the clean and presentable appearance of the Health Care Center and for the cleanliness and neatness of apartments, town homes, and common areas. The Housekeeper/Laundry Aide is responsible for carrying out the normal laundry activity procedures in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform general housekeeping duties in apartments and townhomes, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting surfaces.
Follow approved infection control procedures.
Complete general housekeeping duties in common areas.
Deliver clean linens and laundry to resident rooms in the Health Care Center.
