Provide a clean, healthy,and safe environment. Maintain knowledge of housekeeping chemicals,housekeeping equipment,their purpose and proper use.Responsible for following assigned schedule cleaning policies and procedures directd by manager.Will use proper body mechanics,report any unsafe working area or hazards.Maintain and actively promote effective communication with residents, family members and personal representives.Will treat residents, families and other staff with dignity and respect.Will perform tasks in which they have been trained and will not operate equipment without proper instruction.Will use personal protective equipment (PPE) when dealing with blood and body fluids following standard universal precautions.Will maintain good attendance and takes breaks when assigned.Will work with cooperatively with all disciplines.Responsible for maintaining a positive image and adhere to Marquardt's mission statement,vision and values.

Ability to push and pull,bend or twist,sit,kneel or crouch and reach high or low levels.Tolerant of interruptions and flexible when changes occur.Tolerant of of hands being repeatedly exposed to water, lotions, chemicals or protective gloves.Willing to balance unsual loads and lifting at least 20-50lbs.Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality of information.
