Position Description: Housekeeping Hands-On Supervisor Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness standards are met to maintain department objectives, company and department standards.
Supervise the performance of the morning and evening housekeeping employees.
Clearly communicate to employees the service and performance standards and motivate, monitor, and evaluate individual performance.
Work closely with the Department Director regarding department needs.
Perform regular area inspections to ensure consistent quality of cleanliness and makes sure corrective active is taken as required.
As a hands-on supervisor you will also be responsible for keeping some of the areas clean and maintained including: vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, clean and stock restrooms, clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notify managers of necessary repairs.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Assist Club Members when necessary.
Properly clean upholstered furniture.

Position Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Ability to work with and supervise a team.
Sound judgment.
Experience in housekeeping (at least 2 years) and supervising (at least 1 year).
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with Club Members and coworkers.
Excellent work ethic including reliability, dependability, dedication to job, productivity, cooperation, team work and self-discipline.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to speak, write and read English.
Ability to speak and understand Spanish.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday 10 am to 6:30 pm
Must have reliable transportation and authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekend availability
