The Housekeeping attendant will be responsible for ensuring rental homes are clean and organized. Daily work will include removing trash, cleaning the interior of the homes, laundry and stocking the homes with household items. This individual must be high energy, motivated and have the organization skills to manage several tasks at once. Must have attention to detail to ensure homes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and staged to match listing photos. This service will be friendly, consistent and efficient while supporting the company mission statement of quality, affordability, profitability and respect.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean park models and manufactured homes

Launder and fold linens and towels on site

Discard any and all trash on site

Stage homes with household stock (ie: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner etc.)

Maintain a safe and working environment throughout the resort

Perform any other job duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience cleaning in a hotel, hospital, or building
• 1 - 3 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience

Required Technical / Other Skills and Abilities

• General knowledge of janitorial cleaning
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and cooperate with other departments regarding housekeeping services
• Hard-working and willingness to take direction and carry-out task
• Computer Skills, Technology: Internet Use, Technology (Software): Google Apps(Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets), Technology (Software): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period or high frequency across an entire work shift
• Able to perform duties requiring balance
• Capable of reaching and working above one's head
