StoneBridge Resort is looking for a self-motivated, hard working individual to join our fun and supportive team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. This is a full time, year round position offering a flexible schedule and paid time off in a pleasant, fast-paced, and team-work oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience required
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and good organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks or functions
• Moderate physical effort (lift / carry / push up to 40 lbs)
• Frequent lifting and pushing of supplies or equipment
• Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling and bending
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the housekeeping manager in scheduling the cleaning of each unit
• Inspecting units to ensure standards are maintained and ready for guest
• Processing laundry and monitoring inventory levels
• Cleaning units when needed
• Training and supervising housekeeping staff
• Coordinating with housekeepers, maintenance, and the front desk regarding any issues, repairs and status of units
• Fulfill guest requests and perform towel exchanges if needed
• Monitoring supplies and conducting inventory
