Changing Life’s Trajectory
The Housing Navigator works independently and in coordination with Alameda County Coordinated Entry Program. This position will carry a maximum caseload of 25 unhoused program participants at any given time. In addition, it will provide case management related to finding and maintaining housing and researching available resources to support permanent housing and other needs.

Salary Range

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $22.00 and $29.22 hourly. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What You Bring To The Table (Key Qualifications -see Job Description for more details)

• B.A. Degree in Social Services, Public Administration or related field or a combination of education, training, and experience.
• A minimum of one (1) year of providing case management or housing management to unhoused participants, including negotiation and advocacy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean driving record: current CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within 10 days after hired.
• The ability to drive up to 60% of the workday.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse families and communities.

• Preferred
• Bilingual skills in a threshold language as defined by contract (bilingual skills may be required by the contract).
