This position is expected to start at $28 with potential to grow over time based on expanded job responsibilities and established experience.

The role of the Housing Program Manager
Equips the shelter team with resources, knowledge, and guidance to help their clients obtain stable housing and move toward self-sufficiency.
Encourages staff and clients to think through problems and find solutions, acknowledge capabilities, and inspire growth.
Empowers staff and clients to utilize HopeSource and community resources to move forward, stabilize their lives and obtain and maintain permanent housing.

If you’re the right fit for this role, you will
  • Encourage strong culture and performance within a team of dedicated client advocates to build sustaining relationships with community partners to serve families in crisis and walk with them towards stability.
  • Motivate the team to achieve operational objectives, including contract compliance, meeting audit and budget expectations, and contributing to organizational strategic plans.
  • Research and create solutions and opportunities for a healthy community by meeting with local, regional, and state leaders and government representatives to remain informed on affairs relative to the geological areas and populations served by HopeSource programs
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of leadership skills used in supervision of a team, fostering positive outcomes, maintaining a balanced budget, and a close understanding of supportive housing.
