HOUSING REHAB LABORER
Job description
Perform basic residential renovation projects including general construction, insulation, plumbing, basic wiring, HVAC, siding, and roofing. Hours per week 36: Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 4:30pm. Salary $16.74/hourly (COVID Vaccine Required)
Requirements:Knowledge, Skills Required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year working in field
- Ability to develop and maintain & engage in positive relationships with people from various backgrounds
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measures using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel: reach with hands and arms, push or pull, climb ladders up to 35 feet, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, stand and sit
- Frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to perform work in all weather conditions
- Strong teaming skills
- Continuous professional development expected
Special Requirements, if any:
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to travel
- Driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier.
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Service area cross training
- Must provide own hand tools (see attached list)
- Must be able to provide consistent even tempered customer service at all times
