ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set-ups and maintains electronic personnel records for all employees including for all new employees
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Performs tasks and functions related to Human Resources processes including but not limited to recruiting, benefits, COBRA, job descriptions, new hires and terminations
- Assists in communication with employees. May coordinate benefits enrollments, process termination paychecks, process employee change notices (ECN)
- Provides necessary documentation to Human Resources Manager, CFO, and other departments as directed to assure appropriate processing of information and recordkeeping
- Provides input to HR Manager regarding possible improvements to processes and problem resolution
- Creating and distributing documents
- Processing incoming mail
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- All other duties as assigned.
