Job description
Supports the Benefits Administration team by performing a variety of functions, record keeping, data entries, and related processing activities to meet employees' need and comply with the University's requirement.
- Answers and researches Benefits related questions, and responds verbally or in writing as necessary.
- Under the supervision of Benefits and Leave Administrator, processes Leave of Absence (LOA) related assignments.
- Assists Workers Compensation Specialist in processing Workers Compensation related assignments.
- Under the supervision of Benefits Manager, processes Retirement benefits related verification, research and audit.
- Assists in maintaining Benefits website updates and Sick leave pool open enrollment.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
- Provides overall support to the Benefits team. Responsible for documents filing and uploading.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma and two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility.
