Amazon.com is looking for high-judgment individuals to join us as an HR Assistant to support the talent advancement program. As an HR Assistant you will play a critical role in managing talent advancement activities. The ideal person will have organizational skills, work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders, and possess great communication skills. Some of the responsibilities of an HRA in this role include:

• Investigating and deep diving issues to identify solutions across teams.
• Reconciling and tracking status of issues and providing status reports to key stakeholders.
• Communicate via email and through workflow tools regarding questions and issues.
• Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary to assist in reducing issues and improving processes in partnership with other talent teams.

• Excellent performance record in current position
• Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions where the outcome may ambiguous and not always clear cut.
• Ability to manage time effectively, independently, and to prioritize multiple tasks

• Have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment including the ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
