VRC is seeking an Entry Level HR Compliance Coordinator that is a highly organized, self-motivated individual who has the ability to organize and report sensitive information. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the day-to-day needs of the HR Compliance Administrator, with responsibilities to include monthly and annual employee compliance, maintaining benefits and employee leave related spreadsheets, processing benefit termination paperwork, HR filing, as well as assisting the HR department with daily tasks as needed. This position will utilize your organizational skills to keep information organized and compliant as well as anticipate departmental needs. As a key member of the VRC staff, the HR Compliance Coordinator will assist in all facets of the company pertaining to human resources. This position will require completion of tasks alone as well as with other team members under management supervision. All team members must have excellent computer skills, be able to multi-task, and problem solve. This position is a full-time, hourly position located in our corporate office in Denton, TX and reports to the HR Compliance Administrator.
The successful candidate will have related experience in one or more of the follow areas:
- 2-3 years’ work-related experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous compliance experience
- Working knowledge of benefits administration utilizing HRIS
- Working knowledge of HR compliance laws and regulations
- Meeting deadlines/multitasking
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and compliance support to the Human Resources Department
- Maintaining, organizing, processing monthly and annual compliance
- First point of contact with employees and direct to appropriate departments
- Assist with annual open enrollments and employee benefit questions
- Assist with assigning and following up on HR compliance course assignments with employees
- Ensuring information is correct and accurate in company databases
- Maintain employee and company files
- Filing, scanning and organizing files
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager as needed
- Assist with pre-employment documentation and compliance
- Assist Licensing team as needed
- Protect confidential and sensitive information
- Assist HR staff with other HR related tasks and projects
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- 2-3 years’ work-related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Be highly motivated and possess the ability to work under little supervision
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage time, organize multiple projects, and understand directives
- Proven ability to utilize discretion and best judgment when handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, decipher and summarize information quickly
- Must pass a drug test and pre-employment testing
- Upon hiring you must proficiently learn and utilize all electronic tools as required within the scope of this position to include the company's IMS case tracking system

 Compensation:
 VRC employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis at an hourly wage ($17.00 - $20.00/hr) to commensurate with experience. The $800 sign on bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment.
