HR Coordinator

Hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite in Waltham, MA)

Job Summary

The HR Coordinator is an important member of the People Operations team, within the HR department at company. This individual will be responsible for supporting the People Ops team with new employee onboarding and orientation, employee questions, and assisting with HR systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Onboarding Coordinator with new employee onboarding and orientation
• Strive to provide an excellent candidate and employee experience, and make recommendations for process enhancement
• Update employee records with new employee information and/or changes in employment details
• Process employee questions and respond in a friendly, helpful, timely manner
• Create How-To guides, FAQs, and Helpdesk articles to assist with employee self-service
• Update People Ops intranet content when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1+ year of relevant experience in a human resources or generalist role
• May consider internships, coursework, or other relevant experience
• Preferred experience: Exposure to Workday/ADP/Greenhouse

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
