The Human Resources & Office Coordinator at Circa is a key member of our HR team. This person will support the entire office with general administrative duties, as well as assisting HR in a variety of ways. From office reception and ordering supplies, to helping HR with new hire orientation and benefits administration, there is no limit to the ways you will positively impact Circa and our employees!About You

About the Position

You will be the face of the organization - welcoming guests and new hires at reception. You will support day to day operations of the office to keep things at Circa running smoothly, like vendor management, and purchasing/tracking office supplies and services. You will support human resources with new hire orientation, benefits administration, recordkeeping, training, and policy and program development.

Day in the Life

Most days will involve:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of office reception including processing inbound/outgoing mail, processing shipments and postage, greeting visitors and responding to general company emails, purchasing and managing inventory of office and kitchen supplies, and maintaining vending and coffee service
  • Ensuring maintenance of day-to-day facilities, including verifying that our vendors perform services, maintenance and repairs as expected, addressing any issues with office equipment, furniture, cleanliness, and security, and also submitting maintenance requests, assigning access cards, and managing employee parking passes
  • Coordinating and purchasing in-office employee perks, such as Tuesday lunches, Thursday snacks, and prizes or awards from events and recognition programs
  • Supporting Human Resources functions such as new employee orientation, benefits administration, employee surveys, and training support
  • Participating in HR administration, record-keeping, and employee relations

On a less frequent basis:

  • Organizing and coordinating of company events, special meetings or initiatives, both at the office and offsite
  • Setting up workstations for new employees as needed
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects as requested by corporate management
  • Implementing or supporting process and policy changes
