Position requires in office work week - Monday through Friday - 40/hours

Join Trillium Family Services team of behavioral health professionals, child psychiatrists, and mental health therapists working together in a trauma-informed culture with children and families. About the Opportunity:

  • Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staff strategies
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings
  • Develop and produce job announcements and advertisements
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree/HR Certification preferred
  • 2 years recruiting
  • Non profit/mental health experience highly preferred
  • Familiar with state and federal laws as it pertains to hiring practices
  • Proficient in recruitment related computer systems and programs
