In this role you will perform a broad range of HR-related duties from onboarding to employee engagement to create an exceptional employee experience in close partnership with the Regional HR Manager. You will partner with and support leadership teams in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. You’ll act as a liaison with various HR Shared Services such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit COE’s to ensure the delivery of support to employees, while ensuring various projects and initiatives are communicated and implemented at the local level.
Pay: depending on experience

Requirements:
- 2 or 4 year degree in Human Resources or related field, OR pursuing HR Degree
- 2-5 years of Human Resources experience
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks based on people and business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior office or HR experience working for a manufacturing company is helpful, but not required
- Experience working with an HCM such as Workday
- Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
