THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Drive actions in support of recruiting, engagement, development, D&I and retention to ensure business goals are achieved and organizational needs are met. This role serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues and advocates for the growth and development of our associates. You will partner with leaders and associates across the operating company in order to deliver a value-added HR services that support the business objectives of the organization. You will act as a change agent and drive the evolution of our engaged and inclusive culture.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Partner with leaders to improve associate engagement, supervise and assess associate turnover, identification of hot spot/watch list areas; and working with management to develop effective countermeasures.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely placement of qualified and diverse associates.
Effectively respond to employee relations issues and conduct sophisticated employee relations investigations and collaborate with managers and legal counsel on outcomes and next steps.
Support base and variable pay processes; provide guidance to managers on compensation policies and practices. Provide guidance to managers on job descriptions, job levelling and pay recommendations at the time of hire, promotion/enhancement, and annual cycles.
Support the annual Performance for Growth processes, communications, and systems knowledge. Train new managers on tools and process. Manage performance and objective setting processes, including assisting associates in creating meaningful, action-based objectives and delivering appropriate feedback to drive improvement.
Complete monthly HR reports and metrics. Analyze and utilize information to take appropriate measures for improvement should KPI’s stray from goals. May create presentations, detailed analysis, and develop recommendations for improvement in opportunity areas.
Apply Danaher Business System (DBS) tools like Kaizens to improve existing processes. Problem solves on those areas which are not reaching expected levels of performance through KPI which may include Participate and/or lead other projects, processes and tasks as needed.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
3-5 years working in fast paced, high growth HR team
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area; Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc., which govern employment policies and practices and standards.
Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
Experience developing corporate wide programs and initiatives supporting diverse business needs.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
Experience working with globally diverse teams preferred
Strong analytical skills using data to make informed decisions
Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
