JOB DUTIES

The HR Associate II will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and will be responsible for day-to-day support within the HR department. This role will support a variety of HR functions including but not limited to: Onboarding, Recruitment, HR Compliance and HRIS data entry.
Essential Functions

  • Reviews Personnel Actions for timely submission, accuracy, completeness, and pay changes in accordance with established procedures.
  • Submits actions for appropriate processing to payroll within prescribed processing deadlines.
  • Provides assistance for special projects, back up support for the front office.
  • Assist in the administration of Open Enrollment as needed including organizing/tracking of dependent verification.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Performs general office duties.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentially.
  • Update and maintain employee files regarding the tracking of benefit deductions.



SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
  • Working knowledge of organization human resource processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to use Lawson HRIS, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Capacity to learn new software systems.
  • Concisely communicate and relate to all levels of the organization, customers and outside agencies.

4 years

General administrative experience

HR experience

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Required


Management, Business, Psychology, Education,

Liberal Arts, Organizational Development, or Human Resources Preferred
