The Human Resource Generalist will carry out the assigned daily functions of the Human Resource (HR)
department including employee relations, COVID management, recruiting, interviewing staff, advising on
benefits, and leave, and guiding company policies and practices. The HR Generalist is responsible for
partnering with assigned business units to provide HR support. This role also assists in the administration of the
COVID-19 related illness and leave program. The HR Generalist role requires strong analytical skills with the
ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with solid attention to
detail and accuracy. The role also requires confidentiality, flexibility and adaptability; as Go Rentals grows, so
will the requirements of the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

In concert with the Vice President of Human Resources and the Human Resource Department, drive
companys planning and execution of strategies to streamline human resources duties with a focus on
employee relations.
Apply strict confidentiality to all work assignments (i.e. information or details exposed to in the Corporate
Human Resources Department.
Through capacitybuilding skills, effectively assist in building organization and staff capacity, developing
a superior workforce and the processes that ensure that the organization runs smoothly
Utilize exceptional capacity for recruiting, developing and leading people; as a team builder who has
experience in scaling up the workforce, utilize ability to connect with staff both on an individual level
and in large groups; guide through accountability, develop and empower superior leaders from the
bottom up, and learn the strengths and weaknesses of the team in order to put people in a position to
succeed.
Act as an employee advocate and impartial in handling employee relations.
Assist the VP of HR in the enhancement and refinement of existing procedures, policies and programs
and identify new opportunities to streamline human resource practices.
Develop strong relationships on all levels, both external partners and internal teams
Monitor and update VP of HR on complete compliance of state, federal and local laws as well as
compliance to the requirements of the FBO's and hotels in which Go operates or services.
Monitor and update VP of HR of complete compliance to Go Rentals company policies and their
enforcement.
Assist in HRs goals for training and development of all team members and leaders.
Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, employee focus and service and
encourages individual integrity
Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a
diverse group of top quality employees at all levels
Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for
the organization
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex
and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human
resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of human resource generalist experience

Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills.
Experience in private aviation or hospitality industries a plus
Undergrad degree preferred; advanced degree viewed very favorably.
