Job position summary: HACA is looking for a full-time HR Recruiter/Generalist who will successfully recruit top talent to our high-performing organization. This position is responsible for all recruitment efforts, job fairs, and posts of job openings with internal and external sources (newspapers, universities, vocational/technical schools, various job banks, and the Internet).
Summary of Essential Functions:
- Develops strategies to recruit for specialized positions and build HACA's brand as a preferred employer through participation in networking and recruiting events.
- Develops strategies to encourage and educate staff on diversity and inclusion concepts related to recruiting. Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle from posting to interviews and screening to new hire orientation.
- Maintains all active and inactive employee personnel files. Ensures the security of confidential information and materials such as personnel files, medical files, electronic files, and other sensitive documents and information.
- May perform general clerical support to include typing, filing, answering the phone, data entry and word processing functions, and other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Knowledge: Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related fields.
- Ability to travel to job fairs, recruiting, and networking events.
Preferred:
- The ideal candidate is someone with a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four to five years of progressive Human Resources experience as a Human Resources generalist with experience.
- PHR Certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a collaborative management style and the ability to work with managers and employees at all levels.
- Must demonstrate competence in building business partnerships across departments and collaborating with individuals

BENEFITS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position offers a hybrid work option. HACA offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including 100% paid medical, vision, and dental insurance.
