Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Human Resources Assistant, we'll count on you to:
Provide support for the completion of Human Resources duties and responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Human Resources as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and drafting and sending emails and notices within and outside of Human Resources
Provide support with the compilation and analysis of a variety of Human Resources information and data
Assist with answering employee requests and questions relative to standard policies, procedures, benefits, hiring, etc.
Conduct new hire orientation, assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and verify I-9 documentation as needed
Assist with offboarding and processing of terminations
Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other administrative functions
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
Assist with running reports
Assist with special projects
Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees and management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word and Excel or similar programs
Basic understanding of business activities
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
