Mobilelink/Mobily, provides services for the largest authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless with over 500 locations and for 100 AT&T locations. The HR Assistant located in our Sugar Land Corporate office provides general administrative support for a team of HR Managers / HR Business Partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a career in Human Resources as the team works closely together which will provide exposure to a variety of HR activities.

Responsibilities

Provide Employee Relations and daily support to at least 1 region

Respond to Unemployment Claims

• Order and Update ATTUID’s (credentials for the AT&T system)
• Manage the HR Email Inbox
• Complete Employment Verifications
• Answer Basic Employee Questions
• Assist Employees with System Log In
• Set Up Pay Cards
• Benefits Administration – Court Orders - Questions
• Provide General Support to the Human Resources Team
• Cover the Front Desk as Needed
• Complete other Tasks as Needed

Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years Human Resources Experience
• Microsoft Office Proficiency -- Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Specifically
• Ability to Maintain Confidentiality and high Degree of Professionalism
• Detail Orientation
• Customer Service Oriented
• Team Player
• Balance Competing Priorities
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Facilitation of the Onboarding Experience for Territory Managers and Above
• I-9 Training, Tracking, and Completion
• Data Gathering, Reporting, and Analysis
