Description

We are looking for a talented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Sales and Service Business Segment in your remote/ home office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Works within defined human resource processes to (e.g. compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support) to take appropriate action.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee files; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks
  • Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload
  • Proficiency to communicate with confidence in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with the business support area
  • Demonstrated competency with multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
