The Hampton Inn Natick is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will have key focuses on payroll processing, recruiting for talent, hiring, orientation, and onboarding of new hires.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum two years experience in Human Resources including but not exclusive to recruitment, on-boarding, training and development, staff retention, benefits administration, and payroll management. Hospitality experience in the Hilton brands is most desirable.

What you will be doing

  • Consistently recruiting an excellent staff
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties including payroll.
  • Communicating clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating Team Member Engagement initiatives
  • Leading the Safety Program

The ideal candidate for this position

Will create and deliver an exceptional team member experience and best place to work. The Human Resources Coordinator will be directly responsible for contributing to the achievement of ensuring outstanding guest service, team member engagement, culture, and human resources operations.
